Today was our final session with Mrs Culling for the year.  Unfortunately Kate and Holly have a busy week with swimming, so they were unable to join us today. 

All about 15.

15 is one ten and five ones.

 Taking away from 10.

We had to estimate how many pegs were in the jar.  We took out sets of ten and then changed our guesses as we went... until Mrs Culling said 'final guess'.

4 groups of 10 is 40 out and still more in the jar!

Stella counts in twos as she makes a set of ten.

In total there were 63 pegs.  Luna's final guess was only 5 away and Stella's was 3 off.  Good estimating girls!

Counting backwards in fives.  There's even great maths in tidying up!
